ONYX

This is a combination of nylon and chopped carbon that makes incredibly durable, strong and light parts, setting a bar for surface finish, chemical resistivity and heat tolerance. 

1.4X stronger and stiffer than ABS just by itself, it can be reinforcer with any of our continuous fibers, LONGER IS STRONGER.

CARBON FIBER

- For highest strength-to-weight ratio.
- Makes Onyx 6X stronger and 18X stiffer.
- Usually used for parts that replace machined
aluminum.

FIBERGLASS

- For highest strength-to-cost result.
- Makes Onyx 2.5X stronger and 8X stiffer.
- Perfect for strong and robust parts and tools.

KEVLAR

- For highest abrasion resistance and excellent durability.
- As stiff as fiberglass and much more ductile.

- Optimal for parts that experience repeated and sudden loading, like end of arm tooling.

HIGH STRENGHT TEMPERATURE FIBERGLASS

- For a higher temperature deflection point.
- Makes Onyx 7.5X stronger and 15X stiffer.
- Best used for parts loaded in high operating
temperatures.
